C\u2019est la porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration sur l\u2019axe Nancy \/ Metz \/ Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>Max\u00e9ville est une ville moyenne de Meurthe-et-Moselle (r\u00e9gion Lorraine) travers\u00e9e par la voie SNCF, le Canal de la Marne au Rhin, et l\u2019autoroute A 31.<\/p>\n<p>Sur une superficie de 5,6 km\u00b2, la ville est compos\u00e9e de quatre quartiers, chacun ayant sa sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 et son histoire : Centre, Meurthe-Canal, les Aulnes et Champ-le-B\u0153uf.<\/p>\n<p>Deux for\u00eats sont implant\u00e9es sur ce territoire\u00a0: la for\u00eat dite \u00ab\u00a0Songeur\u00a0\u00bb et la for\u00eat dite \u00ab\u00a0du Ch\u00eane du Bon Dieu\u00a0\u00bb qui constituent des coupures vertes de qualit\u00e9. Par ailleurs, la commune dispose de Parcs, Jardins et espaces de loisirs bien repartis sur le territoire.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est une ville tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able \u00e0 vivre.
